• Started a small industry to manufacture small fasteners for fan industries at Bhadurgarh Hariyana.

1977

• Started a Trading house in the name of “PANCHSHEEL FASTENERS”

1981

• Retail sales counter and office opened at Faridabad

1984

• Obtained Dealership of Precsion steel Fasteners i.e. Unbrako

1985

• Opened a retail sales counter at Chawari Bazar, Hauz Qazi

1986

• Additional Dealership obtained LPS

1990

• One more Dealership of GKW added.

1994

• Manufacturing unit started to manufacture Mild Steel Fasteners mainly required for sugar and cement industry.

1995

• First export consignment sent to Mauritius.

1997

• Export to Australia and Germany

2000

• All India distributorship of “FISCHER ANCHOR BOLTS”

2002

• Distributorship of RECOIL for process industries.

2003

• All India distributorship for “NELSON STUD WELDING SYSTEM”

2005

• Started fastener manufacturing facilities at Ludhiana.

2007

• Increased cold forging capacity up to M 24

2008

• Started GEOMET coating plant at Manesar

2010

• Developed fasteners required for METRO RAIL projects.

2014

• Increased the manufacturing capacity to 4000 MT per annum.

2016

• Developed the new product DTI washer.

2017

• Increased manufacturing facility to 7000 MT per annum

2018

• Increased capacity to 9000 MT per annum.
